An Invitation to Die, The Gospel

The premise of this comes from the video below about apologetics. It is something I have always used, done, but never heard it explained in its superb simplicity as the video. The word of theology scares many Christians, apologetic's, if you saw the video it explains it . It is the Gospel, it is bible doctrine, and it must be known by all true Bible christian.

The one point that stuck out to me after many views, was when Jeff said, Jesus was speaking to a large crowd, thousands and what he said, deny your self, pick up your cross and follow me, leave all, forsake all, and an invitation to follow me and die.

This is your invitation today, it is the gospel. Take up your cross, this one truth, so few practice now days. It can lead you into the bowls of Spiritual warfare, and conflict, being miss understood, considered radical, because you dare to believe by faith, the whole bible.

I wanted to put this message in one simple form. You , reader, have been given the greatest invitation and it is one to take up your cross and die, To self, to everything, it may not lead to blood death, soon it will. Today we have not resisted unto blood ,but it is coming.

So, today while in the West it has not, unlike the thousands of Christians being killed in Syria and O.T. Babylon, Iraq. It is spreading all over, Christians being Killed.

This invitation is something many do not understand, about the simple Gospel message, yes the Gospel means Good news, and embrace it or not, part of that good news is the invitation to die, and you gain eternal life. That is the Gospel, its simple form. Have today’s Christian truly embraced the full, bible Gospel message?

I would say NO. Today as I recently said, the lord spoke and said, the remnant, true Christians are shrinking very fast. The West is lazy in spirit, distracted by self, and the enemy. Many do not read and pray daily and thus a powerless Gospel believer is all we have.

In the O.T. we read many times, the lord looked for one man, and could not find one, and in came judgment. Now, Jer was one, he had his scribe and if you read the book, or saw the movie, you can see a remnant heeded Jer and the prophetic message the call back to Jehovah and his word, it was indeed heeded, yet the lord said, I looked and could not find a single man. How do we understand this when we have many world wide true believers.

In Jeremiahs time, there were ones who embraced his message, few, but there was a man, a few, what this means is the Church in general, the lords eyes look to and fro.

Men and women of faith, that have fallen to apostasy, post modern watered down truth, no Gospel message understood, just a name tag that says , " Christian". This is what it means, the bulk of the lords covenant ones are shrinking, he looks and sees the whole, and in the the mass of Believers he finds no one.

Reader, It is a matter if urgency to understand just what you have been called to. That call, that simple, profound invitation is one to die, its an invitation, sealed with the blood of Jesus.

In Eric Ludys , " The Gospel", great video, we see the truth of, the gospel, the call, amazing and just like Jeff Durbins explanation, so we are with out excuse if we say we did not know, or we do not understand. Have you counted the cost, did you just say a prayer and now live your own life, your own way? You were purchased, bought with a price, not silver and gold but the blood of Christ our redemption.

I am still speechless, alarmed, as I talk to students around the world, getting to know the way things are, from on the ground witnesses in countries, it is the same everywhere, not Just America.

This, the lord looks and finds so few that will say, take my life, do what you want with it, it is yours. Have You said, hear am I, send me, the sending may be to a place you may later wish you never said send me, if you say it with your heart and soul, you will be sent, and your sent to die daily , carry your cross and follow the example of Jesus. He was reproached, laughed to scorn, called of the devil, a trouble maker a false prophet, and so much more. This is what you will be called, if you have taken this invitation seriously, Have you?

Few have, and I see, as I have said, the top reads on this site.

My wife was telling me on Face book so many Christians are into astrology, mystical things, so I get the pulse from around the USA, by her words she tells me, I get the pulse world wide as an on line minister. It is clear, you do not need to be a prophet to see it.

When 90% of the reads of this site come from a Google search and find truth and mercy on first page they come by the thousands each month, but the statistics show this site has very few regulars 5 maybe, maybe 10 now.

It is not about the amount of views, I could care less, the school, few students, not about numbers, it is about one heart at a time.

The past four years F.T. doing this, I see the stats, I see what is being read, mostly in USA and West its the mystical, prophetic, the fall of economy 2015 post, the ayin series still top reads, all looking for the where, when, not the why. I see it growing, I see so many falling from the faith. Do you, if your a true Christian, a global one heart remnant, you know this is true, because you see it wherever you are, you know this is a global crises, the Church is dead, it is full of false doctrine, full of division, full of everything, but the simple call to die.
Think on this, it is serous, it is time to pick up your cross and follow him, the few reading this, take the invitation of the full Gospel message sealed in the blood of the lamb, examine your heart, repent, work out your on salvation in fear in trembling, it is a must for your spiritual survival.

As every day, Prayers and study of the word are the first thing and last thing I do. Today I was doing a deep study of a very well known Chapter, Heb ch 12. It was a 25 page exposition on the one chapter a commentary and devotion, I do this daily and it is for me. This chapter says it all. I will post it now, read it, all rise for the reading of the lords word. I will let this Chapter speak to each how it will. The main key is patience, and holiness. Read it , get the holy spirits illumination from it, and may the lords word not return empty, but accomplish the thing he sent it out to do.

Hebrews Ch 12

Heb 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

Heb 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Heb 12:3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

Heb 12:4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.

Heb 12:5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:

Heb 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

Heb 12:7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

Heb 12:8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

Heb 12:9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?

Heb 12:10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.

Heb 12:11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.

Heb 12:12 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;

Heb 12:13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.

Heb 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

Heb 12:15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;

Heb 12:16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.

Heb 12:17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.

Heb 12:18 For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,

Heb 12:19 And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:

Heb 12:20 (For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:
Heb 12:21 And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:)
Heb 12:22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

Heb 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

Heb 12:24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

Heb 12:25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:

Heb 12:26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.

Heb 12:27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.

Heb 12:28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

Heb 12:29 For our God is a consuming fire.
