The Lord Will Always Have Someone Willing To Go-Is It You Reader?
Num 27:17 Which may go out before them, and which may go in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of the LORD be not as sheep which have no shepherd.
Num 27:18 And the LORD said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay thine hand upon him;
Num 27:19 And set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation; and give him a charge in their sight.
Num 27:20 And thou shalt put some of thine honour upon him, that all the congregation of the children of Israel may be obedient.
Num 27:21 And he shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who shall ask counsel for him after the judgment of Urim before the LORD: at his word shall they go out, and at his word they shall come in, both he, and all the children of Israel with him, even all the congregation.
Num 27:22 And Moses did as the LORD commanded him: and he took Joshua, and set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation:
Num 27:23 And he laid his hands upon him, and gave him a charge, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses.
The lord is faithful to always have someone with a willing heart to go, and do what he says. Moses was ready to die, the man chosen by the lord, willing, trained was Joshuah.
In The N.T. As Paul was ready to die he gave the same charge to Timothy,
2Ti 4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
2Ti 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
We find many places where the one the lord chose was not wiling to go, think of Gideon hiding in the grain barn, think of King Saul hiding in the baggage, think of Moses, who said he was slow of speech, it matters not, some are ready, others afraid, but all called, and all trained, and the training never stops, King David was reluctant, “who am I, the youngest form the smallest tribe..me..King..”?
Others like Isa. were ready, willing .
Isa 6:8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
Jer the great preacher of repentance was reluctant.
Jer 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
Jer 1:6 Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.
So the message is simple, the lord will always have someone, that someone may be you, some are reluctant, afraid, some are ready, saying," Hear am I send Me" it matters not, the lords will is always done.
The lord looks for one person, it only takes one person to turn the world upside down, are you that one?
Many are, but fear is stopping you. I tell you, do not let these hard end times stop you, for such a time as this, from your mothers womb you were chosen You may say, " Lord you know all I did in the past". That is the key, the Past, the past has stopped more people from entering in to what the lord has called them to do, more than anything, self condemnation and condemnation of the devil, both are liars.
A holy, unknown remnant of no ones is being called for holy duty, reader you could be such a one, are you? If so, get going time is short, walk, obey, walk into the impossible today, your name has been called, you know it, now it is time to arise and shine and the glory of the lord is upon you.
Now go do battle amen.
