2Ch 14:10 Then Asa went out against him, and they set the battle in array in the valley of Zephathah at Mareshah.
2Ch 14:11 And Asa cried unto the LORD his God, and said, LORD, it is nothing with thee to help, whether with many, or with them that have no power: help us, O LORD our God; for we rest on thee, and in thy name we go against this multitude. O LORD, thou art our God; let not man prevail against thee.
2Ch 14:12 So the LORD smote the Ethiopians before Asa, and before Judah; and the Ethiopians fled.
2Ch 14:13 And Asa and the people that were with him pursued them unto Gerar: and the Ethiopians were overthrown, that they could not recover themselves; for they were destroyed before the LORD, and before his host; and they carried away very much spoil.
2Ch 14:14 And they smote all the cities round about Gerar; for the fear of the LORD came upon them: and they spoiled all the cities; for there was exceeding much spoil in them.
2Ch 14:15 They smote also the tents of cattle, and carried away sheep and camels in abundance, and returned to Jerusalem.
The key verse is verse 11, Asa Cried unto the lord, his cry was not one of complaint, but a cry of victory, trust, and the lord is moved by our faith and trust, nothing hinders us more than a lack of faith and trust. In this case it was the crying out, in Hebrew, that is to cry out loud with a loud voice. This crying out, the lord does not need us to be loud, he sees and knows all, it is we who need to cry aloud and declare our unwavering trust in the lord when facing a battle.
This was no small army that came against them, the number was 900,000 footmen, and 100,000 horsemen, that is a one million man army, no small battle facing them. Yet this one million man army was defeated by many less Jews, why, how. No matter how big your problem is, no matter how tall that Giant, no matter how high that wall, no matter how things look coming against you, the cry of Victory to the one with all power to save by many, or few.
The few are us, just a few, not many, but our lord only needs one. That one person could be you, one person to stand up and cry out the shout of faith, trust, hope and the result of just one person doing this, can take a city, so if it can take a city, it certainly can take down a Giant, a wall, a mountain, an army of one million.
One million problems, the world has more than that, for there are around seven billion humans on this planet, that is a whole lot of millions, a whole lot of troubles, a lot of pain, and yet one out of the seven billion, just one, can change everything, just cry out, we need to shout out once in the while, the shout of victory is needed to build our faith and display our 100% trust in the one who is over the seven billion on earth, give it a try today and watch the one million man problem fall, you will plunder the enemy, take back what he took, your love ones, you finances, your soul. One shout against one million, with God- the odds are in our favor, think on this
