Mat 9:37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;
Mat 9:38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.
These two verses are the will of the lord, thus I-We-can pray the will of God and it will be so,
1Jn 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
1Jn 5:15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
I was getting this ready to post. I sparked up E-Sword and read Spurgeons devotion. I have spent the past couple weeks praying on this and for some people I know. Much prayer , much weeping, and much joy in these troubled times, also much sorrow As I see our nation falling.
“Unto thee will I cry, O Lord my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.”
A cry is the natural expression of sorrow, and a suitable utterance when all other modes of appeal fail us; but the cry must be alone directed to the Lord, for to cry to man is to waste our entreaties upon the air. When we consider the readiness of the Lord to hear, and his ability to aid, we shall see good reason for directing all our appeals at once to the God of our salvation.
It will be in vain to call to the rocks in the day of judgment, but our Rock attends to our cries.
“Be not silent to me.” Mere formalists may be content without answers to their prayers, but genuine suppliants cannot; they are not satisfied with the results of prayer itself in calming the mind and subduing the will-they must go further, and obtain actual replies from heaven, or they cannot rest; and those replies they long to receive at once, they dread even a little of God’s silence. God’s voice is often so terrible that it shakes the wilderness; but his silence is equally full of awe to an eager suppliant.
When God seems to close his ear, we must not therefore close our mouths, but rather cry with more earnestness; for when our note grows shrill with eagerness and grief, he will not long deny us a hearing. What a dreadful case should we be in if the Lord should become for ever silent to our prayers? “Lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.” Deprived of the God who answers prayer, we should be in a more pitiable plight than the dead in the grave, and should soon sink to the same level as the lost in hell. We must have answers to prayer: ours is an urgent case of dire necessity; surely the Lord will speak peace to our agitated minds, for he never can find it in his heart to permit his own elect to perish.
I am trying to raise funds to get my associate minister and his family from Chicago to Yermo. They live pay check to paycheck and have no funds to get a U-Haul and move to yermo. I need the help, I need this brother by my side for the mission-Temporary- safe haven.
It is a win win, he has many skills to build, I do not, they have a car, we do not have transportation, I can go on and on.
I have been weeping before God almost 6 years for my Timothy to come, this brother Charles Novak, pic on this site, has been tested approved, ordained, trained, and I plead for any help to get him and his family to the mission before it is to late,
Ministers say, people say," If God is in it, he will provide for it". This is 100% true. I was watching various you tube videos each one made a plea for help in finances, all Churches take up an offering, It is the way it works. God will make this happen, this has been prayed over a long time, and I was not going to post this, as in the past no one helps, so, I ask, this as it is 100% different than anything I have ever asked help for.
Times are hard, the world is going into a great time of tribulation.
I know the lord works through people. I make a plea for help in this situation. This is a huge need for the mission, and myself. I can not ware all hats and be a one man ministry. I have been praying day and night on this. It came to me God works through people, so pray on this I ask, pray and see what the lord tells you to do.
Anything you can do to help with this will be live saving, a powerful way to get this ministry off the ground with a helper, a family.
Pray on this, listen to the lord I know he will will touch and speak to your heart.
Thank you for your time and please pray for this situation to become a reality
