This is a very big doctrine, esp. with the word of faith, sacred name theology and others.
This is not hard to refute, but it must be posted, so the truth will set you free, if you're a believer in this false, O.T. Doctrine.
This doctrine is taken 100% from the O.T. The new testament, new covenant, abolished the law on the cross, and as the word says, cursed is he that hangs on a tree, Jesus took the law, and all curses.
The very basic Gospel N.T. Truth refutes this so easy, thus I do not understand why so many believe it, it is a man made doctrine.
1. Behold all things are new, all your sins are cast as far as the east to the west, you have a clean slate from salvation and Jesus took the Old covenant curse.
2. Born again, you become a new creature in the lord, you are made free, see Galatians read it all.
3. Paul said, in Philp. This one thing I do, I no longer look behind but ahead.
4. To hold to an old covenant thing, as generational curses is simply not N.T. Truth, nor theology proper. It promotes fear, it is a 100% lie, and many feel they must have these curses broken in prayer and deliverance, non sense, it was done on the cross.
Reader, salvation 101 is very clear on this matter, no where in the N.T will you find this doctrine, mercy and grace sum up the N.T. Gospel message, if you hold to this your saying the finished work on the cross was not enough.
This man-made doctrine, lord, I have had to minister to so many that think they are under a generational curse, they are cursed do to a bad up bringing a relative did something bad, look you are clean, free, forgive 100%.
So many false doctrine that promote legalism and out right false doctrine. The Christian is not to be carried away-deceived- by this, and other false doctrines
I end with some verse on the matter, beloved be set free from this lie today.
Jud 1:1 Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are called, beloved in God the Father, and kept for Jesus Christ:
Jud 1:2 Mercy unto you and peace and love be multiplied.
Jud 1:3 Beloved, while I was giving all diligence to write unto you of our common salvation, I was constrained to write unto you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered unto the saints.
Jud 1:4 For there are certain men crept in privily, even they who were of old written of beforehand unto this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.
Jud 1:5 Now I desire to put you in remembrance, though ye know all things once for all, that the Lord, having saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.
Gal 1:6 I marvel that ye are so quickly removing from him that called you in the grace of Christ unto a different gospel;
Gal 1:7 which is not another gospel only there are some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
Gal 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach unto you any gospel other than that which we preached unto you, let him be anathema.
Gal 1:9 As we have said before, so say I now again, if any man preacheth unto you any gospel other than that which ye received, let him be anathema.
Gal 2:19 For I through the law died unto the law, that I might live unto God.
Gal 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me: and that life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.
Gal 2:21 I do not make void the grace of God: for if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nought.
Gal 3:1 O foolish Galatians, who did bewitch you, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was openly set forth crucified?
Gal 3:2 This only would I learn from you. Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
Gal 3:3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now perfected in the flesh?
Gal 3:5 He therefore that supplieth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
Rom 3:24 being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Rom 3:25 whom God set forth to be a propitiation, through faith, in his blood, to show his righteousness because of the passing over of the sins done aforetime, in the forbearance of God;
Rom 3:26 for the showing, I say, of his righteousness at this present season: that he might himself be just, and the justifier of him that hath faith in Jesus.
Rom 3:27 Where then is the glorying? It is excluded. By what manner of law? of works? Nay: but by a law of faith.
Rom 3:28 We reckon therefore that a man is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.
Col 1:13 who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of the Son of his love;
Col 1:14 in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins:
Beloved I could give you a hundred more bible truth's, may this speak to hearts and set you free from this evil, man made bondage and fear today
